Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information ViveLab (“we”, “us”) collects when you use vivelab.cloud, and how we use it. The short version: we never receive the photos or videos you analyse, and we only collect what you choose to send us through our forms.

Photos and videos

The AI posture analyzer downloads a pose-estimation model to your browser and runs it locally on your device. Images and videos you select are read by your browser only. They are not uploaded to our servers or to any third party, and they are discarded when you close or reload the page. The printable report is generated in your browser.

Calculators and checklists

All calculators, checklists and the eye break timer run in your browser. The values you enter are not sent to us.

Information you send us

If you join the early-access list or use the contact form, we receive the details you enter (such as your name, email address, company, role and message). We use them to reply to you and to tell you about ViveLab plans. We do not sell this information. You can ask us to delete it at any time via the contact page.

Technical data

Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure processes basic request data (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to deliver the site, prevent abuse and keep it secure. We use short-lived, in-memory rate limiting on form submissions. We do not use advertising trackers.

Cookies and local storage

The site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser may cache files such as the pose model so that the analyzer loads faster next time.

Retention

Waitlist and contact submissions are kept for as long as needed to respond and to manage early access, and deleted on request.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to object to its use. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product changes, for example when paid plans with saved assessments launch. We will update the date at the top of this page.
